•Cancellations:
There's a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 24 hour period your lesson may be rescheduled to another available slot.
•Holidays:
Generally lessons are not being held during major holidays.
•Refunds:
There are no refunds for monthly payments unless in the event of extreme emergencies with provided documentation and proof.
•Payments:
Payments are due by the 1st day of the month ( regardless of when your first lesson of the month is).
For those of you choose to pay via Venmo/Cashapp/Zelle you will receive a payment request/remember right before or on the due date. This will ensure that we can provide continued high quality of service and stay focused on the student's growth.
•Grace period and late fees:
There is a grace period for payments until the 5th day of the month if necessary.
•Late Fees:
After the 5th of the month there is a $20 LATE FEE applied to the monthly balance.
